The regional manager Luis thinks he owns the place. Does not know customer service. Does not take positive criticism well. Needs to learn how to treat loyal customers. After 3 years I'm gone. He has told his employee to look out for my car In Any of the 3 locations and ask me to leave. I would go to grand slam off if I 85 and Buford hwy amazing wash.
Best to know where your tires are as some employees will just wave you forward and let the track bump your tire into the right spot.
Well run place. Plenty of staff, clean towels, spray and nearby trash cans. Membership is nice and makes going through for a quick wash a breeze. Would be nice if the hoses were longer to reach the back to vacuum without having to turn car around as the spaces are angled, but most places we've been are like this.
It’s a good spot, they just never open on time. Twice I’ve come at their listed opening hours and it takes them 30-45 minutes extra to get the place open. Really frustrating.
