I hit this spot up about once I week. They do a great job on my car, quickly, efficiently and with a smile
I paid $19.99 for cleaning for the inside and outside. I told them my car was super-dirty (kids had spilled sticky drinks, lots of dirt under the parking break, Coke drippings on the inside of the rear doors) and I asked him to please have it cleaned thoroughly. I got the car back to find all of the previously mentioned grime still there. I mentioned it to the guy, who grabbed a cloth and worked on it some more, but the dirt was still there. He told me that I was supposed to request cleaning of the seats - i thought that was what i had paid for. I went back a few days later with my other car and had a similar experience. This car wasn't as dirty but there were several bits of dirt that they failed to clean. I realize that they're not really a detailing service, but most of the dirt they left was obvious and should have been cleaned.
They greeted me warmly with a smile. But then I got the car. They took the mats out apparently because they were replaced all askew and the floor itself wasn't vacuumed. The front mats have anchors which we use, so when I went to straighten the front mats I found one of the anchors had been pulled front the floor. The windshield was left with water spots and cup holders still have fluid in them 3 hours later. The passenger window still has bird dropping residue. We paid for full service. We won't return to this or any other location.
This is my first and last experience using this location. Purchased the top tier interior and exterior clean. They did not do anything to the inside except a quick vacuum and dash wipe down. I opened the door to see a dirty car! I grabbed the cleaner and used my own rag as their clean rag container was empty. The employee walked over and said oh the dirt on the plastic and leather will just come back after it dries. WHAT!!! I ended up cleaning the interior in their parking lot. I have a Lincoln MKC, work in an office, and do not have children. My car is impeccable.. They just push you through and do not give you what you pay for. Never will I use this location again!
I just went here yesterday. It is 5 min from house and I've been here multiple times and they usually do a good job. Last time I went they did a bad job. I havens been in a while so I gave them another try. BIG MISTAKE! I paid for the 25.99 service. My car was barely vacuumed and the only part that looked clean was the gloss on my wheels. They didn't even wipe my dash or give me a fragrance which comes with it! I won't be back and they weren't as welcoming as they normally were. I assume they're under new management.
