We've had close to a dozen moves over the years and Two Men and Truck was easily the best experience.. It began with the responsiveness and flexibility of Sales Manager Joanie Jenkins.

Our move was a little out of the ordinary because we had trucks going to NY, FL and Donations. Joanie handled it flawlessly. The packing and moving crew of Kenny and Randy (with a packing assist to Brian and his team) was excellent. Their professionalism, work ethic and resourcefulness were A+. To top it off their attitudes made them a pleasure to be around.
Pathetic. We moved three miles down the road in May 2016. The company sends three guys for what we explicitly told them over the phone was a three story large move. The movers failed to wrap the one piece we told them was super important to us and banged it into a wall. They also did not wrap my LG French Door fridge which now has a nice dent in it right at eye level. Doubt they missed the damage even though they neglected to point it out at the time of move in. I contacted everyone from the Suwanee office to Corp. (which NEVER responded to me personally). They absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They cannot remember who has called/when, do not respond when they say they will, and every time I called I started back at square one b/c I got someone different...usually rude. I had to HOUND these people for weeks to get a reimbursement check for the damage done to my fridge. Initially, they were supposed to order part and install it. In the end, they mailed me a check because they were tired of dealing with me and told me "they didn't wanna be responsible". I wouldn't move with these folks again if they were the last company on the planet!!!
Nothing bad to say about them. They were fast and kept all of our stuff safe. They wrapped the furniture in their blankets and we very fast. Definitely would recommend.
Two men and a truck were awesome with our move! Professional courteous and so much more! I really appreciated the care Anthony and Mustafa took with moving all of our stuff! Will definitely be using them in the future!
My experience with two men and a truck was absolutely amazing. James, Justin, and Antonio showed up a bit early to make sure things were on time and rolling. The wrapped all the furniture up exceptionally fast, loaded the boxes on the truck, and were a joy to talk to throughout the whole experience. When we got to the new location they were just as fast at unloading and helping me coordinate the locations for everything in the new apartment. I couldn't have picked a better company or team to help me move.
