Fun venue. Good pizza. Overpriced overall. Kids blew through $50 in games in less than 35 minutes. Not affordable to go on a regular basis. Would be nice to see an unlimited gaming or hourly game option as opposed to per game.
Great place to have a 9 year old birthday party. The kids and adults all enjoyed the food and the environment. The party planning team was very helpful. Thanks for making this day great for our son!
Don't come and eat in the area in front. We waited for 45 minutes and at this point my son was crying he was hungry that I got up and begged the waitress to just bring his dinner. Since the 2 tables that sat down after us were served. Then we were told it was due to my friends order of "no" special sauce on her burger and the fries extra crispy. Manager came to our table to say the order was just put in 17 minutes ago. She hurried our order and gave us some play cards. We did have a good time playing laser tag but each game one of our vests zeroed out and did not keep our score. Also half the ladies room stalls had no toilet paper. They also need to clean or service the air hockey game it was sticky and the puck continued to get stuck in the middle. Will go back to play but never eat there again.
The first time I went, I had the call server button on during 2 games of bowling and no one ever came to take our order. Before leaving, we let the manager know and she was awesome and gave us some cards to come back and play. We returned the other day and brought our employees as well. I was very disappointed that I could not get 2 different flavors when ordering 10 wings. No other restaurant has ever refused such a simple request. I ended up ordering the ham and cheese sandwiches on "garlic knot bread" and was extremely disappointed. The rolls were cold and soggy and definitely not garlic knots, they were also too small to hold the ham and cheese, and the entire sandwich was overpowered by the huge chunks of onion they put in it. At this point, I doubt I'll be going back.
Service is consistently bad, slow to respond and they don't check back for refills. There are a few excellent servers but out of six times my family has been there we only saw two good servers, one was not our server but she stepped in when our server continued to ignore us. The place is clean, the games are fun, the food is good but it's standard for us to wait thirty minutes to see a server for the first time and we've had to chase them down for refills and the check.
