it means the post officer throw it away after they took it and read it.
even unkind when they talk on the phone.
still waiting for the redelivery even though I signed the requesting pink slip card several days ago.

My experience is that if they can possibly help, they will. They have been perfectly professional other than one or two folks and the gentleman supervisor went out of his way to correct a poor effort by our delivery driver - made it right the same day with an hour. If they sound rushed or curt I assume it's because they are frequently as busy as humanly possible.
Extremely poor quality of service and customer service. Very rude. Any entity that performed at this level in the private sector would not stay in business.
