I shop at Kohls a lot, this one is horrible. The manager is rude and staff is incompetent. Drive to another one or shop somewhere else. I will NEVER go back. If they were all like this, I would never shop at one again. I need up leaving my items on counter and walking out!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately it’s not an option. Employees provide NO HELP. Wanted to purchase an item from the clearance section. Size M (top and bottom) considered as one , had one prize tag. One slice up from the same clearance section suddenly top and bottom considered as two separate items would cost me twice as much. When I addressed the issue basically the answers was that yes, obviously they are two separate items. No help, no adjustment, I’ll never go back to the store!!!!!!
I have been shopping at this Kohl's for years, the ONLY reason being that it is very close to me. If given any other choice, I WOULD NOT shop here as the prices are too high for simple items and everything is unorganized. You can wait hours in line because they often only keep one register open at peak hours. Customer service is terrible, and when I order online to save myself from the horrible shopping experience, my order is never ready on time and they say they cannot prepare my order at the time even if I bring it to them. They are lazy and disorganized.
Very nice shop with welcoming associate who pay particular attention to your every need. I have been shopping hear for about a year and I'll tell you it the best. An particularly to Mrs Angra the black lady with the colored hear I'll never forget her in my life.
