I own a rather old and not so common vehicle. I have had issues finding a shop that could and would work on my vehicle as well as obtaining quality parts. I read online about how good the folks at Japanese Auto Repair are and decided to call them and get more information about getting my car serviced. I spoke with Shad who informed me that they would be willing to look at my car and guide me towards what was needing to get fixed. After the initial overview of my vehicle, he made me a list of items that needed to be addressed as well as a informed me of which were pressing and needing to be a priority. After we decided on what to get fixed, he informed me that due to the age of the vehicle some parts might not be available through the manufacturer. He provided several options as to replacement parts as well as his recommendation as to what part company was good and what part company was one that he would not recommend. I have never had this type of experience with a automotive shop. Most never inform you of parts delays, recommend quality parts or keep you in the loop as to the status of your vehicle. It took about 7 weeks to get my car issues addressed but during the whole time I was kept up to date as to what the status is and a ETA as to when the car would be ready. My oldie now runs like it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the work, the staff and the level of commitment that the staff at Japanese Auto Repair provided. I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future and for all other repairs! Thank you very much!

Great responsive staff. Both Shad and Michael are very nice. They offer very competitive pricing on repairs and that also have shuttle service for 5 mile radius. I had some relatively major work done my Lexus ES 350 and I am very happy with the work and cost associated with it.

Great place. Friendly service and the best techs. I had a electrical problem another shop threw part after part at on my expense. The lead techs Ken and Raymond found the problem very quickly and my 4runner has never ran better. Im now a customer for life!
